Watertown Police Captain - How to Protect and Serve in the Modern Day

Captain Ray Dupuis of the Watertown Police Department. Captain Depuis has lectured all over the country about what occurred in Watertown as it relates to the Boston Marathon Bombing of Monday, April 15, 2013. I asked Ray to relate that incident to what this country has always stood for and still does, and how the Watertown Police Department became so outstanding in the modern day in protecting the citizenry and our country, but which all began with the American Revolutionary War, and the brave militia men in Lexington and Concord. He will explain exactly what his own role was that very day and the following days in which Watertown became involved.
